Shree Narayani Gosala accepts donations for the welfare, care, and protection of cows and for various charitable activities. We value the trust of every donor and strive to ensure complete transparency in our operations.
Cancellation Policy
Donations made to Shree Narayani Gosala are used immediately for ongoing welfare activities; hence we do not encourage cancellations once a donation is processed.
However, if a donor has made an error in the donation amount or wishes to request cancellation due to any genuine reason, they may contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
Cancellation requests will only be considered if the donation has not yet been utilized for any activity.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in cases of a duplicate transaction, accidental payment, or technical error.
Refund requests must be emailed to us within 48 hours of the transaction, along with the transaction details and proof.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back using the original mode of payment.
The NGO is not obligated to refund if the payment has already been allocated for ongoing charitable work.
